rental FAQ’s
- Free self pick up & return (We are there helping to make sure you have everything and will load and unload for you. Not all self pickup/return is the same. Be sure you ask this when choosing a vendor.
- Rentals are 5 days ( pickup as early as 3 days before you event, return must be the day after)
- Delivery is available. Starts at $150. ****THIS MAY BE ON HOLD DUE TO ACCIDENT. INQUIRE WITH DATE
- Cleaning fee is 10% of rentals.
- No damages deposit required.

- Our flatware comes polished and ready to place
- All food service items (plates, goblets, flatware, napkins, drinkware, chargers) come wrapped in plastic for sanitary safety.
- We will always include 2-5 extra on food service items for mishaps like a guest dropping their fork and needing a new one, at no charge.
- Napkin rentals come with a free common event fold of your choice and are ready to place.
- For frame rentals, you can send your photos by mail or prepay to Walgreens, and The Pretty Maker will pick up and get everything into frames before you pick up your rentals.
- All glassware comes polished and placement ready.
